No dance or gymnastics background is required for  classes – at all.

You don’t have to prep or get fit to pole. You come to us to get fit!

Beginners

This level is carefully designed for those who do not have any pole dance experience. Learn a basic pole dance tricks, spins, transitions and sexy floorwork.

Pre-requisite: None! Newbies welcome.

Intermediate 

Ready to go upside down? Once you have mastered the beginners level, learn to flip your skills upside down with basic pole inversions and handstands.

Pre-requisites: Spin climb to Pole Sit / Outside leg hang (both sides) / Inside leg hang (both sides) / Layback…

Advanced

You are physically and emotionally strong!  Becoming an acrobat, with a new level of moves, inspired by the challenge and strength building.In these classes we will be doing more linking together and advanced moves. You will be on the pole longer and this will offer an all over body workout.

Pre-requisites: confident executing Inside leg hang into static V / Shoulder mount to Outside leg hang / Extended butterfly.
